How the fee works
HyrEzy charges a success fee: a percentage of the hire's annual CTC, invoiced only after the candidate joins. There is no retainer and nothing to pay upfront.
The percentage depends on the candidate's experience: 8.33% for 0–3 years, 10–12% for 3–10 years, and 16% and above for senior and leadership roles. Your proposal states the exact percentage and how CTC is defined for the fee.
Every placement carries a 90-day replacement guarantee. GST is charged on top of the fee as applicable.
