HyrEzy Talent Solutions was built by Ravi Dubey with one belief: that hiring senior talent shouldn't require luck, patience, or 47 irrelevant CVs. It should require intelligence — applied systematically, at scale, with human judgment at the final mile.
The founding story
Most recruitment agencies operate the same way they did in 2005. A job requirement comes in. Someone searches a database. A stack of CVs goes out. The client sieves through them alone.
The candidate experience is worse. Ghosted after interviews. Never told why they didn't progress. Submitted to roles they were never right for.
We built HyrEzy to fix both sides of this. A private talent network of over one million senior professionals, sourced continuously. An AI evaluation system — Vantage Intelligence — that scores every candidate across five dimensions before they reach a client.
The result: a shortlist of 5-8 people who are scored, narrated, engaged, and ready — delivered in 48 hours, visible on a live portal, with every decision explained.

The relationship doesn't end at offer
Placement is not the finish line. We track, check in, and flag retention risk. A hire that doesn't work out in 90 days is not a placement.
